Less Stress Blend: 1 tablespoon Unscented Massage Cream, 4 drops Lavender essential oil, 3 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil and 3 drops Lemon essential oil.

Muscle-Warming Blend: 1 tablespoon Unscented Massage Cream, 4 drops Nutmeg essential oil, 4 drops Sweet Marjoram essential oil and 1 drop Sweet Orange essential oil.

Directions: Shake well. Use as desired for massage. For silky smooth skin, apply generously after shower.

Storage: Product should be stored, tightly sealed and protected from extreme temperatures. Because this contains natural, unrefined coco butter some separation of the constituent's may be seen. This becomes more of a problem if the product has been exposed to extremes of heat or cold. Any separation that might occur does not adversely affect the benefits that the product provides.
