Botanical Name: Tabebuia impetiginosa

Actions: Depurative (blood & lymph cleanser). Enhances immune system function. Antitumor. Antiviral. Antifungal.

Uses: Immune support in infections, especially, candida and other yeast infections. Pau d�Arco is often used in Latin American folk medicine to treat cancer, and there is scientific research that appears to justify such use. Native Indians of Brazil use Pau d�Arco to treat skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections; also for dysentery, fevers, rheumatism, malaria, and ulcers.

Dose: Take 30 to 40 drops, 2 to 4 times per day.

Cautions: Research on Pau d�Arco�s naphthaquinones constituents suggest that this herb may be contraindicated when using anticoagulants.
