We now show the 'real time inventory' in our shipping department, displayed throughout this online Holistic Health Store. This means that when you add products to your shopping cart, the amount in stock reflects the 'real time inventory' on our shipping department shelves. When you place your order, the products in stock that you purchased are reserved for your order, expediting a quick shipment.

Products are always flowing in and out of our store, and we make purchase orders to suppliers daily. When you place an order for more than we have in stock, it triggers our next purchase order with our suppliers. We always look forward to placing that next purchase order on your behalf.

Orders with all quantities in stock normally ship out by the next business day.

When you order more than the quantities in stock, your order will still ship out within 2-4 business days. This is true because we can normally order from our suppliers, and get product supplies back to our shipping department in this amount of time. Upon arrival, we promptly send out your order.

Most of the products listed in this store you can order any amount of. The ones that you may only order what we have in stock are posted that way, and this is because they are on clearance sale, or we can't get more from our suppliers at this time. Some products just don't sell as often, and we want to keep them in a small inventory amount to assure they are as fresh as possible.

Chinese medicine, Herb Pharm and massage supplies are the products that have the fastest turn around to get back in stock from our suppliers. Vitamins, homeopathic, and healing arts tools may take longer, up to 6 business days before we can ship it to you. Those of you who know us from your past orders, know we always do our best and get much pleasure by surprising you with a fast delivery when we can.
